SIZING & MATERIALS

Sizing details for each item are available in the product description—please review them carefully before placing your order. If you are concerned about the size being too small, we suggest purchasing one size up for an oversized fit.

As part of our commitment to an environmentally conscious, print-on-demand model, all items may take up to 5 business days to process before being dispatched. For deliveries within the U.S.: Please allow approximately 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. For deliveries to Canada: Please allow approximately 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. For international deliveries (outside the U.S. and Canada): Please allow approximately 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

How to Request a Return

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at techafriqueny@gmail.com & info@tapstitch.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing any defects or problems

What Happens Next?

We aim to process all return requests within 7 working days. If your request is approved, you will need to return the item in its original packaging to the Tapstitch facility:

Important: Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

Return 
terms

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • We do not accept returns for worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (freight-to-collect is not available).

Refund

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method in the currency of the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Deliberately damaged or altered items
❌ Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
❌ Items produced exactly as per the provided designs or tech packs but no longer wanted by the customer
❌ Items delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
