REFUND policy

Tech Afrique Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to participate in Tech Afrique events. We are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our attendees. Please take a moment to review our refund policy regarding event ticket purchases.

 

1. Event Tickets are Non-Refundable

All event tickets purchased for Tech Afrique events are non-refundable. This means that once you have purchased a ticket for one of our events, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges if you can no longer attend, regardless of the reason for your inability to attend. We encourage you to carefully consider your availability and schedule before purchasing event tickets.

 

2. Refunds for Event Cancellation

In the rare event that Tech Afrique cancels an event, we will issue a full refund to all ticket holders. Event cancellation may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control. Tech Afrique will make all reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any event cancellations in a timely manner, and refunds will be processed within [Specify number of days] days after the cancellation.

 

3. Transfer of Event Tickets

 

While event tickets are non-refundable, Tech Afrique allows for the transfer of tickets to another individual using the DICE app. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else at your own discretion through the DICE app's ticket transfer feature. Please follow the steps provided by DICE for ticket transfers.

 

Tech Afrique no longer handles ticket transfers directly, and all transfers should be managed through the DICE app.
